Design narrative. This structure is designed as a sensorial space to allow users to release unwanted stress through meditation. It is divided into 2 sections which consist of a public and a private space:

public: open where users are able to meditate together

private: specifically designed for the main user’s own space which is an enclosed area, allowing their own privacy which feels secure, with openings to ensure air ventilation and desired amount of light

DIAGRAMMING ARCHITECTURAL PRINCIPLES.
ARCHITECTURAL DIAGRAMMING.
This project allows us to develop an understanding of how to diagram architectural principles by abstracting and simplifying an idea so that it can be easily understood. We were tasked to conduct background research on the architect and selected building to produce a complete set of architectural drawings. After that, we were to analyze the key building based on context, concept, structure, space planning, and circulation and formulate it into a set of 5 analysis diagrams and 5 diagrammatic models.
REQUIREMENTS. 5 x analysis diagrams, 5 x diagrammatic models, architectural drawings (1:50), 4 x A3 presentation boards

STUDY OF HOUSE WITH 5 RETAINING WALLS.
In groups of 5, we were to create analytical diagrams based on residential project, House With 5 Retaining Walls / Kiyaoki Takeda. By identifying the architect and analyzing their works, we can better understand the intentions and how they were reflected via architectural principles. Diagrammatic models were produced to further enhance our understanding of data analysis.
