This project introduces students to work with timber construction and a supporting material (steel) to understand the characteristics and how it is to be used such as joints. The Tectonic structure must relate the idea of design intention in anthropometric and ergonomic of the chosen banal action (meditation) to space and explore possible experiential qualities to further enhance the space. We were also tasked to create a scaled model along with a set of orthographic drawings and 2 tattoo stamps.
