Design narrative. This structure is designed as a sensorial space to allow users to release unwanted stress through meditation. It is divided into 2 sections which consist of a public and a private space:

public: open where users are able to meditate together

private: specifically designed for the main user’s own space which is an enclosed area, allowing their own privacy which feels secure, with openings to ensure air ventilation and desired amount of light

This project required us to conduct in-depth research on the selected buildings and produce a comparative analysis report on Modern Malaysian architecture practices throughout history. The selected buildings are mostly iconic buildings from the Merdeka era which are MENARA DEWAN BAHASA and STADIUM MERDEKA. In a group of 8, produce an A4 sized illustrative chronology booklet of Modern Malaysian Architecture interpreting Modern Malaysian Architectural language and architecture influences the architectural development of Malaysia.
